Aaj hum aapke liye bahut hi mazedar recipe lekar aaye hai ,  aaj hum aapko halim style dal chawal banana sikhayenge 
friends aap is recipe ko ekbar try jarur kijiyega or hume ummed hai ki aapko hamari yeh  recipe bahut hi pasand aane vali hai

INGREDIANTS :-


DAL CHANA                                         200 gm                               
DAL MASOOR                                      200 gm                                        
TAMATAR                                             2 medium size pic.                                             
HALDI                                                   dedh chammach                    
PISA DHANIYA                                     1/2 tsp                               
PISI LAL MIRCH                                   one and half tsp                        
LEHSUN ADARK PASTE                     2 tsp                                   
CHAWAL                                               500 gm
OIL                                                        100 gm
WHITE JEERA                                      1/2 chammach

KAISE BANAYE :-

Friends hume chana dal ko thodi der tak bhigo lena hai
Sabse pahle hume ek patila lena hai or usme 2 glass pani dalna hai or uske bad hume dal chana jo humne bhigo ke rakhi hai vo dalni hai fir dal masoor, tamatar ,haldi, pisa dhaniya, pisi lal mirch or lehsun adrak ka paste yeh tamam chize dal deni hai or dal ko galne ke liye rakh dena hai 
Pahle hume chulhe ki flame ko full rakhna hai or uske bad hume flame ko low pe rakhke dal ko galani hai 
Thodi thodi der me hume isko chammach se hilate rahna hai  , chammach chalate time dal ghut jayegi or hamari dal ki ghutayi bhi ho jayegi
Dusri taraf hum chawal chadhayenge , friends chawal ko hume bhigo ke rakh dena hai 
Sabse pahle hum ek patila lenge or usme hum oil dalenge , iske bad hum usme white jeera dalenge , jab jeere ki khushboo aane lage to hum usme chawal galane ke liye takriban 2 glass pani dalenge 
Pani dalne ke bad hum usme chawal bhi dal denge jo ki humne bhigo ke rakhe hue hai or fir hum usme namak dalenge or chawal ko full flame pe paka lenge , Iske bad jab pani sukh jaye to hum chawal ko dum pe lga denge
Ab friends hamari dal tayyar ho chuki hai , thodi thodi der me chammach hilane ki vajah se hamari dal ghut chuki hai , Ab hum isme takriban 2 glass pani dalenge ( agar aap dal ko jyada patli rakhna chahte hai to aap jyada pani bhi dal sakte hai ) or dal ko paka lenge
Ab hum dal me bagar dalenge , bagar ke liye hum ek fry pan lenge or usme takriban adha cup oil dalenge fir hum us oil me 1 medium size pyaz barik kati hui vo dalke use brown kar lenge or jese hi vo light brown hone lagegi to usme hum 1/2 tsp  white jeera , takriban 5-6 adat sabut lal mirch or thoda kadi patta dalenge or iski bagar hum dal me dal denge
Iske bad friends hum dal me hare masale dalenge , To hum do badi hari mirch lenge or use gol gol kat lenge , hara dhaniya or pudine ki adhi adhi gaddi leke use bhi hum kat lenge, adrak ka 1 inch ka tukda leke use lambai me kat lenge or ye tamam masale hum dal me dal denge
To friends hamare mazedar si dal chawal tayyar ho chuke hai
