aaj is post me hum aapke liye bahut hi mazedar recipe lekar aaye hai , aaj hum aapko masoor dal palak banane ka bahut hi easy tarika batane vale hain or yeh dal palak bahut hi mazedar Banta hai
yeh dal palak humne bilkul mukhtaliph tarike se banaya hai aap isko isi tarah se try karenge to aap khud hi dekhenge ki daal palak kis tarah bana sakte hain vo bhi bahut hi easy tarike.
To friends masoor dal palak banane ke liye aapko jo chize chahiye vo yeh hain 



FIRST STEP INGREDIANTS :-


 oil                                        4 tsp
 palak                                   250 g
 tamaatar                             1 piece ( baarik kata hua )
 hari mirch                          8-9 small pieces ( baarik kati hui )
 haldi                                   1/2 tsp
 namak                                1/2 tsp 
 lahsun ki kaliya                 2 ( baarik kati hui )

sabse pahle ek patile me humne jo oil Liya hai vo dalenge , oil garm hote hi hum usme lahsun ki kati hui kaliya dalenge jab lahsun ki kaliya light brown ho jaye to usme hume katkar wash karke rakha hua palak dalna hai palak ke saath hi hume tamaatar, hari mirch kati hui, haldi, namak yeh sab saath dalke chadhana hai


SECOND STEP INGERDIANTS :-


masoor ki dal                    250 g
lahsun adarak ka paste   1/2 tsp
namak                                swadanusar
sabut lal mirch                  3-4 pieces
haldi                                   1 tsp
dhaniya powder                1 tsp

hume ek patile me dal dalni hai uske saath do cup pani dalna hai haldi , namak , saabut laal mirch , lahsun adarak ka paste , pisa dhaniyaa , yeh sab hume saath dalenge aur daal chadha denge
jab tak daal ek taraf gal rhi hai tab tak dusri taraf humne jo  palak chadhaya tha us palak ki hum bhunayi kar lenge hume palak ki oil upar aane tak bhunayi karni hai
uske baad jab vo daal gal Jayegi to us daal ke andar hume vo palak jo humne dusri taraf banaya hai us palak ki bhunayi hone ke bad us palak ko daal me mix karna hai aur mix karne ke bad daal ko achi tarah se ghotna hai
Iske baad usme pani dalna hai jitni aapko daal patli rakhni hai ya thodi gadhi rakhni hai us hisab se pani dalna hai aur jab vo pani pak jaye to 5 min tak dal ko halki flame pe paka le
Iske baad aapko bagaar karna hai bagaar ke liye hume jo chize chahiye vo hai

pyaz                                     1 big size piece  ( barik kata hua )
lahsun ki kaliya                  1-2 pieces ( baarik kate hue )
White jeera                         1 tsp
pisa hua garm masala       1 tsp

sabse pahle hume ek fry pain me oil garm karna hai bagaar ke liye aap jitnaa oil use karna chahe utna le le humne takriban 50 g oil liya hai
oil me hume pyaz dalni hai pyaz light brown Hone se thodi der pahle hi hume lahsun bhi dalna hai iske bad hume jeera bhi dalna hai aur jab is jeere me se khusboo aane lage to us waqt ye bagaar hume dal me dal dena hai , bagar dal me dal Dene ke bad hume usme pisa hua garm masala dalna hai , friends hamari dal tayyar hai
