phool gobhi anda salan ko kafi pasand kiya jata hai
aapne phool gobhi ki sabji to jarur khayi hogi lekin phool gobhi anda salan shayad hi khayi ho

HARA DHANIYA   
MIRCHO KA MASALA            1-1/2 chammach
OIL                                           1 pyali (bowl)
GRINDER KI HUI PYAZ          2 adat (piece)
LAHSUN ADRAK PASTE       2 chammach
TAMATAR KA PASTE             3 adat (piece)
PISI HUI KALI MIRCH            1/2 chammach
PISI HUI HARI MIRCH            15-16 adat (piece)
NAMAK                                    swadanusar
HALDI                                      1/2 chammach
DHANIYA                                 1/2 chammach
SABUT LAL MIRCH                6-7 adat (piece)

KAISE BANAYE :-

friends humne jo 1 kg gobhi li thi uske hume bade size ke phool kat ke rakh lene hai qki friends agar hum chote size ke phool katenge to vo bad me sabji me ghut jayenge
humne jo  8 ande liye the use hume ubal lene hai or oil me light brown karke rakh lene hai
hame hara dhaniya adhi gaddi lena he or use kat ke rakh lena hai
or humne jo 6-7 sabut lal mirch li thi usme hume mircho ka masala bharke rakh lena hai
phool gobhi anda salan banane ke liye sabse pahle hume ek patila lena he or usme hume oil dalna hai
jab patile me jo oil he vo garam ho jaye to humne jo pise hue pyaz rakhe the hume vo pise hue pyaz oil me dalne he or jab tak pyaz me light brown colour nhi aaye tab tak hume uski bhunai karte rahni he uske bad hume lahsun adrak ka paste dalna hai or tamatar ka paste or hari mirch jo humne piskar rakhi hui thi or kali mirch or haldi powder or dhaniya powder  or namak matlab yeh sabhi masale dalkar hume achi tarah se iska masala bhunna hai oil upar aane tak 
or jab oil upar aa jaye or masala achi tarah se bhun jaye to uske bad hume usme gobhi dalni hai or gobhi dalne ke bad adha cup se bhi kam hume pani dalna hai or pani dalne ke bad hume gobhi galne tak intezar karna hai lekin friends gobhi tutni nhi chahiye balki sabut rahni chahiye isliye hume thoda dhyan rakhna hoga
iske bad jab gobhi gal jaye to uski 1-2 min tak hume bhunai karni hai or bhunai karne ke bad  humne jo hari mirch masala bharke rakhi hui he vo hume dalni hai or 2 min ke liye dum pe lagana hai 
uske bad hume dish me salan nikalna he or humne jo ande boil karke rakhe hue he vo adhe adhe katke usme rakh lena hai
