aloo ki tihari jise aam tor pe namkeen rice bhi bolte hain or bacho budho sabhi ko ye bahut pasand aati hai to chaliye shikh lete hain aloo ki tihari banana

Aalu ki tahri banaane ke liye jo samaan hame chahiye vo hain

INGREDIANTS :-

chaawal                                         500 g

oil                                                   1 pyaali

tamaatar                                        2 bade size ke ( kate hue gol pieces )

pyaaj                                              2  baarik kate hue

jeera                                              1 tsp

garam masala jisme

badi elaaychi 1-2 adat
kaali mirch ke 8-10 adat
laung 4-5 adat
daalchini ke do tin tukde

Yeh sb garam masala lena hai hume

pisaa huaa dhaniya                     1 tsp

laal mirch                                     1 tsp

namak                                           swadanusar

haldi                                             1 tsp

lahasun adarak ka paste            1 1/2 tsp

badiyan ke phool                         3-4 adat

aalu                                              500 g kat ke bade pieces krke rakhne hai

sabse pahle hume ek patile men oil dalenge jab oil garam ho jaye to hume usme pyaaz dalne hai pyaaz light brown jab ho jaye to usme jeera aur sabut garam masala jo humne liya hai vo dalna hai
uske bad jab jeere ki khusboo aane lage to tamaatar  hari mirchi ka pest bhi lena hai pisi hui takriban 8 adat , aur saabut hari mirch 5-6 adat hume is masale me pisi hui hari mirch dalni hai baaki sabut wali ham bad me dalenge haldi namak dhaniya lahsun adarak ka paste yeh tamaam masale daal ke hume masale ko achi tarah se bhun Lena hai jab masale ki achi tarah se bhunayi ho Jaye to hume aalu dalne hain
usme ek glass pani dalkar in aalu ko galana hai jab aalu achi tarah se gal Jaye to uske bad hume takriban dhai glass pani daal dena hai
Iske bad hume chaawal dalne hai or chaawal gal jaye jitna pani dalne ke bad usme aapko namak dalna hai aur aapke paas agar pudine ke patte ho yaa kadi patte ho to vo dalne hain kyuki isse bahut acha taste aata hai tihari me 
aur sath hi  humne saabut hari mirch rakhi thi 5-6 adat vo dalne hain aur chaawal pakaane hain jab chaawal gal jaye to hume takriban 10 min ke liye chaawal dam par lagane hain
lijiye bahut hi majedaar tihari taiyaar hai.
