Aaj hum aapko aalu ki biryani banana sikhayenge 
Hum aapko aalu ki biryani banane ka bahut hi easy tarika aaj batane vale hai
aap hamari is recipe ko jarur try kijiyega

INGREDIANTS :-

OIL                                                                250 g
PYAAZ                                                          3 adat  (medium size) 
TAMATAR                                                    3 adat (bade size)
DAHI                                                             125 g
BIRAYANI MASALA                                  3 chammach
HARI MIRCH                                              8 (small size)
BADIYAN KE PHOOOL                            2 adat
LEHSUN ADRAK KA PASTE                   3 chammach
PUDINA                                                        adhi pyali
NAMAK                                                        swadanusar
ZARDE KA RANG                                      1/4 chammach
SABUT GARAM MASALA     
AALU                                                             1 kg
RICE (CHAWAL)                                         1 kg

AALOO KI BIRYANI KAISE BANAYE :-

Sabse pahle hume ek patila lena hai or usme oil dalke pyaz ko brown karna hai 
pyaz brown hone tak hum  dusri  taraf aalu ko  boil hone ke liye chadha denge
or usme  hume zarde ka rang or namak  dalna hai  
pyaz brown hone ke bad  hume pyaz ko bahar nikal lena  hai or usi tel me  hume 
lehsnun adrak ka paste, dahi, hari mirch (grind ki  hui) ,biryani masala or tamam 
masala  dalkar hume masala bhun lena  hai oil upar aane tak 
masala bhun jane  ke bad  hume usme vo aalu dalne hai jo humne boil karke 
rakhe hue hai
iske  bad hume isme humne jo aadhi pyali pudina liya tha usme se aadha pudina dalna hai
humne  jo  pyaz brown karke  rakhe hue the  unme se  adhe pyaz bhi hume isme  dalne hai
To friends hamari jo gravy  hai vo tayyar ho chuki hai 
humne jo 1 kg chawal liye the use hume 3 ghante bhigo ke rakhna hai
iske bad friends hume in chawal ko boil karna hai
To sabse pahle hum ek patile me takriban 8-10 glass  pani lenge or usme ubal aane lage
to hume usme namak or  garam masala dalna hai
iske bad  hume usme chawal dalna hai , chawal boil hone ke bad hum iska pani 
alag kar denge or biryani ki teh lagayenge 
teh lagane  ke liye sabse  pahle  hum ek patila lenge , jis patile me humne chawal boil  kiye
hai usi patile ke andar hum charo taraf jo humne masala tayyar kiya hai 
usi masale ka oil laga lenge , usi se isko hume greese karna hai
iske bad pahle hum thode se masale ki teh laga lenge or uske bad thode chawal dalenge 
chawal dalne ke bad hum usme humne jo biryani ka masala tayyar karke rakha hua 
hai vo hum isme pura dal denge
iske bad humne jo brown pyaaz or pudina bachakar rakhe the vo bhi hum isme dal denge 
or iske bad hum chawal bhi dal denge 
ab hum isme zarde ka rang dalenge agar aap chahe to sukha bhi dal sakte hai 
zarde ka rang dalne ke bad aap usko dam pe lga de 
To friends  humari aalu ki biryani tayyar ho chuki hai 
agar aapko hamari yeh post pasand aaye to ise  like jarur kijiyega
